Timothy Lee “Timmy” Berry, 62, of Valdese, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024 unexpectedly at his residence.
Timmy was born September, 30, 1961 in Burke county to Nancy Donnahue and the late Robert T. Berry. He enjoyed building model cars and will always be remembered as a soft hearted and sweet man that was loved by everyone.
In addition to his mother, Nancy D. Lefevers and her husband Billy, he is survived by his brothers, Mark Berry and Randy Berry; nephews, Christopher Berry and Hunter Berry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service with Pastor Stacey Lane officiating. Burial will follow at Burke Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM on Wednesday prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with expenses.
Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory in Valdese is assisting the family.

Wow it’s been many years since we hung out but when me and your brother hung out you were always close by , some of the best times in my life I had you were part of it , I’m still in shock. But RIP my brother you were a fantastic friend a lifetime friend and one of the nicest people I ever met . Lastly I will continue to pray for your family for comfort and peace , and thank God that our lives crossed paths when they did I will never forget you buddy .

Very saddened to hear of the passing of Tim, I had worked with his dad and Mark at Century Furniture and attended Valdese High School with his mother. My thoughts and prayers are with the Berry family.
