We are sad to announce the death of Betty Jo Taylor who passed away at Autumn Care, of Drexel, on September 9, 2023. Betty was 81 years old and a very devoted grandmother.
Welcoming Betty to Heaven was her husband, Furman “Sonny” Taylor, mother and father, and so many more family members and friends.
Betty leaves behind her children; Anita Ireland, Steve Taylor and wife Vivian, Patricia Pons, Furman Taylor Jr. and wife Glenda, James Taylor and Melissa Taylor Stalls and husband Michael. Betty had 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Betty has one sister Ginny Mace and several nephews and nieces living.
We are so grateful for the special caregivers at both Autumn Care and Medi Home Hospice.
No funeral or memorial service are planned. To honor Betty, the family asks to please make donations to Medi Home Hospice.

So saddened by Nanny’s passing but now she is whole again. I know Paw Paw was glad to welcome her home.
