Mrs. Shirley June Robinson Hall, 72, of Morganton, passed away on Sunday May 19, 2024 at her residence after a brief illness.
Mrs. Hall was born October 5, 1951, in Yancey County, a daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth Hammon Robinson Lewis. Shirley was an active member of Victory Temple Full Gospel Church and retired with over 30 years of service from Carolina Shoe. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and homemaker. She had a heart of Gold and loved everyone she came in contact with and they loved her in return.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 40 years, Gary Edward Hall.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters , Linda Doster of Morganton, Lisa Taylor of Rutherfordton and a brother, Billy Robinson (Wanda) of Connelly Springs. Also surviving are the apples of her eye, her grandchildren, Ashley Brooke Doster, Alexander Marbach, Summer Hicks (Andrew) and great-grandchildren, Sydney Shell, Shyane Hicks and Natasha Hicks.
Funeral Services for Shirley Hall will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday May 25, 2024 at Victory Temple Full Gospel Church with Rev. Pete McCombs officiating, with Interment to follow in the Victory Temple Full Gospel Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Victory Temple Full Gospel Church.

Aunt Shirley was a God fearing woman who lived her family with her whole heart. She will be dearly missed. She is in heaven now with her honey Gary Hall and her sisters Pasty Miller and Lillian Tipton and Mary Love and her brother Kenneth Bradford.May she rest in peace
Loved Mrs. Shirley!!!!!She was a Beautiful Lady that Loved the Lord and her family with all her heart and soul.We just saw each other at Dentons at a yard sale and she was picking out things for her grands!!!!She always, always put others first!!!She will be greatly missed!I Praise God for the Blessing of knowing her!
