Sandra Mejias Mautschke, 73, of Drexel, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024, at Autumn Care of Drexel.

Born in Bronx, NY, on September 30, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Alejandro Mejias and Conception Figueroa Mejias.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by granddaughter, Sabrina Pavon and two brothers, Al Mejias and Rick Mejias.

Survivors include two sons, Andre Pavon (Michelle) of Lincolnton and Kasim Pavon (Andrea) of Maiden; one daughter, Bronte Cuthbertson of Lincolnton; sisters, Norma Vasquez, Aida Vasquez, Ermina Morales, all of Florida, and Lizzie Leon of Puerto Rico; granddaughters, Brittney Pavon and Gabriella Pavon, both of Lincolnton; and three greatgrandchildren, Mackenzie Corpening, Serenity Means, and Kenny Thompson.

A celebration of life is being planned by the children.
