Ralph Eugene Dellinger, 90, of Valdese, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022, at Amorem Hospice in Valdese, following a period of declining health.

Ralph was born on May 16, 1932, in Cleveland County, NC to the late Burgin Dellinger and Annie Pearson Dellinger. He was a loving family man who always helped his family.  He loved to fish, garden, and spend as much time outside as he could.  He always kept a vegetable garden.  Ralph always stayed busy, spending over 40 years at Robinson Hosiery Mill.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing by an infant son, Larry Ralph Dellinger;  his brothers, Glenn Dellinger, Dennis Dellinger, Edgar Dellinger, and Clayton Dellinger; and a sister, Linda Arrawood.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Doris Mabrey Dellinger; daughters, Judy Crum and Sue Winebarger; grandchildren, Donna Barr and Chad Winebarger (Christi); great grandchildren, Kendra Elliott, Payton Winebarger, Laney Winebarger, and Bailey Winebarger; siblings, Roger Dellinger and Amelia Barnette; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held on Thursday December 22, 2022 at 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service with Pastor Dwight Lowman officiating.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 4:00-5:00 P.M. at Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese.
