Mr. Paul Edward Stamey, 90, of Valdese, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2019 at CHS-BRC Morganton, following a period of declining health. Paul was born on October 20, 1928 in Guilford County to the late Elijah S. Stamey and Mary A. Stamey. He was a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force.
