Patsy Carver Minton, 65, of Lenoir passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024 at Amorem of Hudson, following a period of declining health.

Patsy was born August 14, 1958 in Burke County to the late Melvin Carver and Bertha Senter Carver. She was loving member of Remnant Rising Church. She loved God and always put Him first. Patsy loved her family and coloring.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Douglas Minton; brothers, Bud Carver and Robbie Carver; and sister, Linda Minton.

She is survived by her son, Dustin Minton and wife Christina; grandchildren, Destiney Guion, Kali Guion, and Devon Guion; brother, Ray Carver and wife Susan; and sisters-in-law, Judy Carver and Sheril Carver.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service with Pastor Johnny Griffin and Bishop Tom Church. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Lenoir.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
