Martha Anne Yoder, 81, of Sandy Springs, Georgia passed away on February 14, 2024 at Autumn Care of Drexel. Martha was born January 11, 1943, in Catawba County, the daughter of Eubert Miles Yoder and Christine Isenhour Yoder. She attended Mount Paran Church, Atlanta Georgia.
She is survived by her sister, Gail Yoder of Hildebran, NC, nieces Deborah Lorenzo (Manuel) of Morganton, Stefaine Book of Florida, nephews Robert Starnes of Hickory and Ronald Yoder, Jr. (Stephanie) of Wilmington, NC along with other nieces and nephews, Alicia Wilson (Jim), Emily Starnes, Jamie Starnes, Kit Starnes, Kaitlyn Zartman, Ashlyn Book, Kaci Book, Brendan Book, Marisa Scott, Loren Scott, Blake Moser and Skyler Starnes. Also, survived by her special fur baby, Lou Lou.
She was preceded in death by mother, Christine Isenhour Yoder Fisher, father Eubert Miles Yoder, sisters Lana Yoder Duffey, Brenda Yoder, and brother Ronald Yoder. Martha owned and operated Headlines Salon was a well-known hair stylist in Atlanta, Georgia. She loved singing, flower gardening, decorating. She dressed very stylish and enjoyed nature. Her spunky sense of humor often left everyone laughing with many special memories. She was beautiful person who loved to help children, served many years on the Good Touch, Bad Touch Board in Atlanta, GA and often helped other children in need. Her memory will be cherished forever by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Memorials services for Martha Yoder will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 2024 in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service with Rev. Daphne Taylor and Rev. Amy Kincaid officiating. The family will greet friends following the service. A Special thank you to Autumn Care of Drexel and Amorem Hospice team for the special care given to Martha.

A strong woman with a heart of gold! Her salon customers followed her to all her new adventures! Her sense of humor, strong will, efficient styling ability and, in her low voice, with a beautiful smile, she had you under her spell. I know she has found a good home!
