Margaret Williams Dietz departed this earthly life on March 7, 2023 in Valdese, NC. Margaret is now with Jesus and her parents and sisters who have gone before her. Margaret was born on 11 October 1937 in Glen Alpine, NC. She was the daughter of the late Eva Mae Williams and Jesse Williams. She had a large family of nine sisters. She was preceded in death by her sisters Mary Chapman, Bonnie Phillips, Ruth Stephens, Vida Richardson, Donnie Plemmons and is survived by her sisters Ruby Pons, Sue Halliburton, Ray Leonhardt, Marie Richardson and Alice Faye Williams. Her niece Nancy Roper visited Margaret every day while she was in the hospital and at hospice. Margaret has numerous other nieces and nephews. The family request instead of flowers contribute to the funeral expenses. Contributions may be sent to her sister Ruby Pons, 121 Hilltop St, Connelly Springs, NC 28612.
Graveside service is 2 p.m. Saturday March 11, 2023 at Hillcrest cemetery in Valdese, NC.
