Mrs. Lorraine Marie Perrou Watts, 81, of Valdese, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Grace Hospital in Morganton, following a period of declining health. Lorraine was born on January 21, 1938 in Burke County to the late Emmanuel Perrou and Rose Vacca Perrou. She was a retired corporate accountant.
