Mrs. Loretta Deaton Miller, 72, of Lenoir, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at her residence, following a period of declining health.
Loretta was born on November 12, 1951 in Perry County, KY to the late Christmas Deaton and Lois Campbell Deaton. She was employed as the owner and administrator of Grandview Villa Assisted Living.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Miller, two daughters, Janice Jackson and Alexandria Miller Seitz.
Survivors include her daughter, Audrey Miller of Lenoir, six grandchildren: Alex and Amanda Blankenship, Brandy MC and Lisa Miller, and Nikki and Jimmy Chaney. Also surviving are six great-grandchildren: Abraham and Sampson Blankenship, Adain and Lyric MC, Sheyenne Deyton and Gracie Coffey. The family would like to send a special thanks to the ladies of Grandview Villa, for their hard work and dedication throughout the years.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service, with Rev. Claude Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Memorial Gardens in Connelly Springs.
The family will receive friends on Friday, from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M at Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese.
