Mr. Leroy Robinson, 79, of Valdese passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Carolina’s Healthcare System Blue Ridge Valdese. Leroy was born May 29, 1940 in Yancey County to the late Bristoe Robinson and Mary Whitson Robinson. He owned and operated his own insulation business, R & S Insulation. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bristoe Robinson, Jr. and Allen Robinson; and son Kenny Robinson. Survivors…
