Laurie and John’s Aqua NC Family
I will never forget our friendship and his infectious laughter that always made me feel welcome. John and his family accepted me at a time when I really needed ‘saving’! My only regret is that I did not get a chance to wrap my arms around my old friend one more time and tell him I love him and how proud I am to know that he was a brother in Christ as well. My prayers are for all the family of John, for all the coming days when I know he will be missed by your side. But because John knew our Savior, this is just a temporary separation for now. Save a spot for me! Seen ya soon my old friend!
David Godfrey, Old friend from High school
I’m so sorry for the loss of your precious John! Rick and I thought a lot of him! It was always a pleasure to go to Aqua to pump for John! I know that Rick and John are rejoicing in HEAVEN RIGHT NOW AS THEY ARE SEEING EACH OTHER AND PRAISING THE LORD! My prayers are with both his wife and family and his Aqua family! Kyle and I will sorely miss him!
We will miss you our friend!
Thinking and praying, especially for Jearleen, and the family. There is a lot I did not know about John. But what I do know! I know John is face to face with the Life, Love, Joy, Rest and Peace that filled his spirit, soul, and body here with us; I know John is, was and always will be with our Messiah, I could see Him in John’s eyes and smile, hear Him in John’s words and laughter, and feel Him in John’s friendliness and sense of humor. I miss him, and will miss him until the moment I see him again soon.
Jarlean I am so sorry for your loss. John was a special man and so sweet. I am glad you had him for the years you did. I hope your daughter told you I called the other evening. I will call again. I am here for you if you need to talk.
