Jerry was one of the best managers and people I have ever worked with. His smile and laughter lifted up a room. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. God Bless the entire family.
Unfortunately I am unable to make the trip across the country. My uncle was an amazing man with giant heart and and great taste for the love of food and travel. Fly high uncle. Love always
I am extremely saddened by Jerry’s passing. He was a great friend and although he was suffering a lot for the past few years he always had time to sit and talk and help me whether is be an IT question, which he knew inside and out, or about the management of the association which he helped to found and run for so many years. He was an amazing person, I wish he was still here.
Jerry, I love you my friend. Be at peace
Wherever you come to rest I know you will help them fix all their problems.
I hate to find out about Jerry I considered him a very good friend I am at a loss of words this world is going to be a sadder place without him I do know he loved his family and his parents…fly high Jerry soar with the angels
He was a wonderful man loved his Jets of that their was never any doubt I will miss him his laugh his persona he was one of a kind.
My Uncle Jerry larger than life. I remember I trip to Disney World the video commentary “and here goes the red flash” or how I would try time and time again to convince him Star Wars was better than Star Trek. Or how during a Jet game if they were losing and I walked in room and they scored how he’d make me sit and watch the game. My mom turned my son into a Jets fan. I’m sorry they will never get to watch a game together. I feel sorry my children will never know him. 😔 the world won’t be the same without 💔 him God Bless tothe family
I worked with Jerry at CA Technologies in the Presales department. Every time I saw him he always had a big smile and a hug for me. I haven’t seen him in years but we were friends on Facebook and even then he would always add a smile to my day with his comments. Rest in Peace Jerry. Gone too soon.
The suffering is over . I would like to hope that your dad came a received you . You fought the battle like warrior . Much love thanks for helping me I will forever be grateful . You get to watch the jets from the best view in the house . It’s going to different without you answering the phone . 😢
Sorry to hear the sad news. Jerry was an outstanding visionary who knew our business well and was always ready to help with complex client opportunities.
I worked with Jerry for many years at CA Technologies. Jerry was an exceptional human being, too kind for this world really. Always funny and very smart. I saw from his facebook posts he had gone through a difficult year with many physical setbacks, but didn’t expect this news. RIP my friend.
Jerry was one of the first people I met when I started at CA in 2006. His heart was as big as his smile! Anyone who met Jerry was better off for knowing him. Blessing and peace to the Maldonado family.
I had the privilege of working alongside Jerry and witnessing his remarkable dedication, passion, and kindness. Jerry had a special way of making everyone feel valued and inspired, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. I hope you find solace in the (no doubt countless) memories you shared with Jerry that make you laugh, smile, and just enjoy the world a little bit more.
So sad to hear of Jerry’s passing. He was a giant of a man – in every positive way imaginable. A great spirit who lived with passion and placed that passion into all he did. My thoughts are with his family and his friends as you deal with this news. In my experience with him (CA and Cheyenne) he left an indelible impression on me and I look back at those times fondly. I hope you take comfort in the fact that he lived his life so well.
I am absolutely heartbroken!! Jerry and Mike Natoli, the storage mob. Remember that Natoli? I loved having Jerry as a boss back when CA had a storage biz unit. May you rest in peace, you big, lovable, smart as hell, kind soul. Damn, it is getting dusty in here, my eyes won’t stop watering. I know the God needs to make sure his data centers are working top notch, he has the very best there ever was.
I had the pleasure to work with Jerry while at CA. His heart was the biggest I have ever encountered. I am overwhelmed at heartbroken to hear the news. My love and prayers go out to the family and all his friends. I’ll forever remember his hugs and smiling face!

I worked with Jerry at Cheyenne Software and then at CA for several years. He was an incredible person who had an infectious personality. So kind, fun and full of laughter. This is truly tragic. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.
Jerry was a great friend who I will miss him tremendously. We had a lot of great adventures together. If you ask someone where were you during 9/11, everyone can answer that question. I was with Jerry in the CNN building In Atlanta. Love you always my brother.
Jerry was a kind and gentle man who would speak of his deep love for his wife, Juanita, and his family, who he cherished very dearly. A highly intelligent man, he was always interesting and caring toward others. Jerry and Juanita made a blessed married pair of affectionate, loving people.
Peacefulness and love be with you, Jerry.
WE WILL FOREVER HAVE JERRY IN OUR HEARTS. HE WAS LIKE A SON TO US. I ALWAYS COMMUNICATED WITH HIM NOW I’M FOREVER LOST.
WILL NEVER FORGET THOSE BEAUTIFUL EYES,
MAY HE REST IN PEACE WITH HIS FATHER .
