Mr. Howard Ray “Louie” Brittain, 81, of Valdese passed away on Monday October 25, 2021 at his residence after a brief illness.
Howard was born October 16, 1940 in Burke County, a son of the late Frank and Ester Brown Brittain. “Louie” excelled at anything he started or did. He was a master carpenter and builder, an excellent stucco worker and a master automobile repairman.
