Mr. Henry “Butch” Lail, Jr., 64, of Valdese, passed away on Monday June 17, 2019 at Frye Regional Medical Center, after a period of declining health. Mr. Lail was born January 15, 1955 in Burke County, a son of the late Henry Leon Lail, Sr. and Edith Hall Lail.
