Mrs. Genevieve Inez Baudoin Lambert, 87, passed away on January 14, 2024. Mrs. Genevieve, a resident of Lafayette, was the daughter of the late Kossuth Joseph “KJ” Baudoin and the former Rena Bourque.

She is survived by her children, Christy Lambert Landry (Gabriel) and Micah Vaughn Lambert; grandchildren, Noah Christian Tate, Genevieve Elizabeth Tate, and Hayden Gabriel Landry; and sister, Renola Baudoin Petitfils.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, Maxie Lambert; parents, Kossuth Joseph and Rena Baudoin; sister, Ruth Baudoin Wolf; brothers, Carroll Baudoin and Richard Baudoin.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Hillcrest Cemetery with Deacon Stephan Pickett officiating.

Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory in Valdese is assisting the Lambert family.
