Mrs. Florence Costner Buchanan, 83, of Connelly Springs passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 at College Pines Nursing Center following a period of declining health. Florence was born May 21, 1936 in Burke County to the late Ernest Costner and Bertha Craig Costner.
