So sorry Karon. Prayers for your family
Dear Family, our church loved Dottie, we enjoy a sweet time with her in our fellowship, and care team. She gave her heart and prayers in every card she wrote and to us on our team. We visited with her on Friday afternoon. It was a special time for Christine Frye and I to pray and talk to her about her going to heaven. She was a very special friend we will miss her . I told her May God be with you till we meet again, I know she is rejoicing with your dad and her mom and daddy. God bless you and comfort you at this time and in the days ahead. 🙏💗 Linda causby and Christine Frye and The care Team at Burkemont
So sorry guys…
Dottie and Glen were a joy to know and serve alongside. My friendship began through the mutual love of the pregnancy care center. Glen was helping keep the financial integrity of a growing ministry. Dottie and I served together for a number of years on the Board. What a joy to have Dottie join Burkemont Baptist Church where she was involved in our care ministry, attended Sunday school and even filled in as a sub when needed. I saw Dottie Easter week and her encouragement was as bright as ever. As was typical in our conversation I purposed to bless her and she ended up blessing me. Pastor Greg and I enjoyed sharing memories and had the privilege to pray with Dottie. She and Glen were regular encouragers and fierce prayer warriors. Dottie continued to offer me wisdom and comfort through some of my greatest challenges. Hallelujah, she is face to face with her Lord and praising beside her precious husband. I’m praying for your family.
I worked with Dorothy teaching. She was a dedicated teacher. She loved her students. She was faithful to her Lord.
So sorry. Loved Dottie and counted her as a dear friend for many years.
I found. Dottie to be a wonderful friend. We did not live close together to visit but enjoyed phone calls and letters. She was truly a child of God. She was so close to Him and is now home with him, Glenn and their baby she talked about which she lost. I shall miss her but keep her in my heart forever.
