Brenda Jones Caulk

(Devoted Wife and Friend)

Our Beloved, Brenda Jones Caulk, 58, of Hickory, took her last breath peacefully at her home on Sunday, June 23rd, 2024 and woke up in the presence of her Lord and Savior. Brenda was such a fighter, and the Lord found it time to heal her body and call her home after a long battle with cancer.

Brenda was born on November 8th, 1965. She grew up in Tarboro, NC and then moved to the mountains that she truly loved. She worked in the medical field for twenty-six years before retiring. During Brenda’s career she touched many lives that will forever be impacted.

To know Brenda was to know love. She had a contagious love and compassion that beamed to all those who knew her. She loved the Lord and that was evident through the life she lived and the love she gave. She was the most selfless human being and strived to serve and help others. Brenda loved to be outside, crafting, and spending time with her husband, Charles, and fur babies Chloe and Sophie.

Surviving is Brenda’s husband Charles Henry Caulk Jr, whom she loved with her whole being, of 33 years. The two were each other’s lifelong companion and best friend.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Jones Johnson.

There will be a private celebration of life ceremony at a later date.
