I loved Betty dearly. She was my adopted Mom at College Pines. She taught me so much about life’s lessons. I have been truly blessed to have shared her in my life. I love you Betty!! Cheryl Rodriquez, CNA College Pines
Betty was a very special lady. Her smile touched everyone she met, but it was her big heart that made lasting impressions on your life. I enjoyed time spent in her home with Kathy during our high school years, and will always be grateful that my friendship with Betty became stronger during our time at Waldensian Bakery. Betty made a forever imprint on my heart and life. She will never be forgotten. Much love to you and your family, Kathy.
I met Betty at College Pines, I was her housekeeper. Each day was a blessing to see her smile and reading her Bible. Always looking amazing each day, as she got up to go to the dinning room for breakfast. She was the first person to say “good Moring” as I came in each day to work. I will always remember her kindness she showed each and everyday. Your family will be in my prayers during this time of loss.
Love,
Charline Arnett
So sorry to hear this, Betty and Buckshot were special friends for many years, enjoyed dining and dancing at the Morganton Moose Lodge!! I ran into her about a year ago at Hamricks, she still looked great as usual. Our thoughts and prayers to the family.
Betty (Aunt Doll) was a beautiful lady inside and out, and her life was truly well-lived. Her warmth and kindness touched so many lives. I will always remember her smile, her laugh, and her gratitude for the smallest things. She and Beatsy were the life of the party on family movie nights. I will never forget her humor. She was an amazing cook, special mention for her chocolate pound cakes! She and Beatsy worked tirelessly making Christmas special for a huge extended family celebration every Christmas Eve. She was so positive and uplifting. She will be greatly missed. Heartfelt condolences to all who loved her.
