Mrs. Barbara Ann Jackson Campbell, 80, of Valdese, passed away on Sunday May 5, 2024, at her residence, after a period of declining health.
Mrs. Campbell was born October 15, 1943 in California. Barbara was a loving homemaker and bookkeeper for her husband in his business, Campbell Plumbing. She was a faithful member for over 60 years of Trinity Baptist Church. Barbara loved to cook for her family and the Cambell Plumbing workers, loved to travel with family and enjoyed looking after anyone in the community and church family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grand-daughter, Emily Campbell.
Surviving are her husband of 63.5 years, Carl Robert “Bear” Campbell of the home, a son, Pat Campbell and wife Kim of Valdese and the apple of his eye, his granddaughter, Amanda Campbell.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday May 8, 2024, in the Trinity Batist Church with Rev. Tim Hodge officiating.
The family will receive friends from 3 until 4:00 P.M. Wednesday at Trinity Baptist Church.

She was the backbone of this wonderful family. I will miss her sweet smile and laugh. To my Campbell Family, my heart is broken. She was a trooper and will be dearly missed. Heaven has received another angel and I know her and Emily are having a Wonderful time in heaven. Bless your family and we love you.
