Paul Harris Allen, Jr., 76, of Valdese went to his Heavenly Home Friday January 29, 2021 after a period of declining health.
Paul was born April 3, 1944 in Rutherford County, the beloved son of the late Paul Harris Allen, Sr. and Mary Bennett Allen.
