Mr. Joe Cullen Cook, 91, of Hildebran, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Cambridge House Nursing Center, following a period of declining health. Joe was born on October 6, 1927 in Burke County to the late Marshall Cook and Minnie Tallent Cook.
